Get the Red Out

The white army now has combatants in place and their numbers are growing. The question is whether the red nation will be overthrown in one fail swoop or be slowly broken down into extinction over time. Then there is the question of whether both armies together will begin retreating from the summit.

they say, for every one that you pull out, 5 grow in its place. No solution there. ah. Then there's The Solution. but dear Tête Rouge, surely the white armies are better camouflaged amoung red, than say black or brown.

Paolo, Maybe soon we'll be able to get the geriatric discount at the movies.

It may be odd, but I don't mind the change to white. Could be because having grown up with a siren on my head that I'm ready to slip in with the rest of society. Though I think it would be really cool if it's stark white and not peppered. BTW, it has become much more noticable in the last month.

Also, it was pretty darn hard to take that photo. Holding a camera behind your head, keeping your head in focus, with the right composition on a point and shoot. This was the best out of the five dozen.

The Siren Calleth. I had an immediate association to your comment "[growing] up with a siren on my head." I thought of Die Lorelei, her siren call causing distractors sailors to crash their ships upon the rocks. Tête Rouge were you a secret lady killer, your red head beakoning many a fair young maid to a predestined broken heart?

Your hair is gorgeous, no matter "rouge" or "blanc." Whether there's a conquering battle by the "blancs" or the "rouge" battalion manages to hold them off for quite awhile, family history shows there won't be a fast retreat from the summit.

The good men of our family only get better and better looking as they get older. Look at your dad and mine. Your grandfather and mine. It's in the cards, man. No worries!

My father has always suggested that it will turn to white overnight like our great-grandmother who had red hair.

So I'm wondering if one morning I will wake up looking like Steve Martin.
